Kungsleden (The King’s Trail) in Sweden
Kungsleden (King’s Trail) is a hiking trail in northern Sweden, approximately 440 kilometres (270 mi) long, between Abisko in the north and Hemavan in the south. It passes through, near the southern end, the Vindelfjällen Nature Reserve, one of the largest protected areas in Europe.
July 2019 I will travel to the Swedish Lapland and start my hike of Kungsleden (King’s trail). It will take about 20 days give or take, depending on weather.
I will be traveling with Popart and Bollocks, whom I met on the Pacific Crest trail – so that will be an awesome reunion.
Just as I did on the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) in 2018, I will video every day and take a ton of pictures BUT I will not do a daily Vlog again – there is just about no cell reception or wireless internet on the whole trail so that’s impossible 🙂
When I get home I will post the videos on my Youtube channel (haven’t decided yet if it will be a daily diary Vlog or just one big video with highlights from the trail.)
